Summary and analysis production data (Quality issued, production result, customer claim, line stop time),OEE and make action for improvements.
Calculate Man power, Man – Hours for production line and make plan reduce Man – power every month.
Setup KPI and control KPI to achieve target of factory.
Saving costs and budget control with Factory manager by planning and implementing improvements and follow up – evaluate every week .
