Job Accountabilities:
1. Drive company transformation: To be the force multiplier for the Management in leading, accelerating the company’s transformation efforts and ensuring strategic intent is turned into disciplined execution.
2. Manage transformation portfolio: Drive company transformation
3. Strategy Co-Design & Roadmap Development: Manage transformation portfolio
4. Lead structured follow-up: Prepare steering materials, track progress, surface risks, and support trade-off decisions for the CEO, Deputy CEO, and ExComs.
5. Identify quick wins & pilots: Spot and unlock quick wins and scalable pilots that defend our core business and lay foundations for upsell or adjacent growth (e.g., bundling, new service formats).
6. Cross-Functional Project Orchestration: Coordinate and conduct cross-functional projects (e.g., technology, operations, client experience, and automation projects) to ensure delivery despite resource and priority constraints.
7. Product & Service Launch Support: Work with product, technology and business stakeholders to support launch of new services/products in both current and breakthrough markets.
8. Drive transparency and rhythm: Build dashboards, heatmaps, and reports to connect execution data with strategic decision-making.
9. Be a sparring partner to leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, constructively challenging assumptions, simplifying complex issues, and ensuring execution efforts are consistently aligned with long-term organizational impact.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
– At least 5 years’ experience in transformation, strategy execution, program/project management, or consulting, preferably in HR services, outsourcing, or professional services industries. Proven track record of leading cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable business impact. Experience working directly with senior leadership teams and influencing at the executive level.

Dr. Son Do Lenh holds a distinguished academic background with industry experience on a global scale. Son obtained his PhD from EPFL, Switzerland, accompanied by research projects at Harvard Initiative in Innovative Computing. His expansive industry journey features accomplishments across sectors such as banking, shipping, data, education and consulting. He empowers enterprises to shape the strategy and execution of all transformation-related activities, encompassing business and operating models, agile culture, technologies and digital experience.
Most recently, Son was Head of Experience, Wealth Management Technologies at a prestigious Swiss private bank where he rebuilt its portfolio management platform, one of the most sophisticated in the industry and also offered to 10 other banking and financial groups across the globe.
Previously, he worked for one of the world’s largest shipping companies, where he devised strategies across 20 transformation projects to streamline employee and customer experience in 155 countries. Son also led a digital product team for a startup, playing a pivotal role in its place among the Top 100 Hot Startups worldwide in 2012, an accolade further endorsed by Gartner’s inclusion in the Cool Vendors category.
He received 3 Scientific Awards, including 1 STELLAR Distinct Award and 1 Best Demo Award, a testament to his prowess in inventing cutting-edge technologies in applied settings. The esteemed EUROCONTROL, European Organization for Safety of Air Navigation offered an invitation to conduct research at its Innovative Research unit. He was also a winner of more than 10 other awards, research contests and scholarships, including from the Swiss and Vietnamese governments. He led or contributed to inventions showcased at renowned venues such as the Asia Pacific ICT Awards, Harvard Museum of Natural History, and MoMA – Museum of Modern Art in New York.
Ms. Ngoc Tran is accountable for leading the growth of Talentnet’s HR Outsourcing Services and the day-to-day management of professional and effective service delivery.
She is fluent in labour & workforce-leasing regulations, and best practices of outsourcing solutions in Vietnam market with more than 20 years of experience. Her strong and insightful knowledge about business set-up, human capital management, HR outsourcing service, HR activities, and workforce management helps her provide efficient, cost-effective, well-tailored, comprehensive outsourcing solutions and excellent services to clients in various industries.
Ms. Ngoc Tran is also known as a guest speaker for events about human capital management, workforce development, HR outsourcing solutions.
Ms. Dang Thuy Ha is one of the pioneers in introducing market research and customer experience in Vietnam. With over 20 years of experience, she brings valuable insights that help businesses see emerging opportunities and find solutions to adapt to market changes.
Before joining Talentnet, she held the position of Director of Client Leadership, Ha Noi at NielsenIQ Vietnam and worked with major Vietnamese corporations.
She is also a member of the Advisory Board for Vietnam National Brand Program under the Ministry of Industry and Trade and has been invited to speak at prestigious conferences and workshops organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Information and Communications, and the VCCI.
Ms. Ha holds an MBA from Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management, a Forester CX Master certification, and is an ICF Certified Coach. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for the CFVG French-Vietnamese Master’s Program and the author of the book “Understanding Customers for Effective Business Strategy and Execution.
Xuan Huong is a highly respected expert in aligning human resource strategy with corporate values. She is recognized as one of the few pioneering organizational development practitioners in Vietnam.
With over 25 years of experience working in Japanese, British, and Dutch corporations in electronics and FMCG, she brings deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, organizational and HR transformation, restructuring, HRBP model implementation, talent development, employee engagement, and fostering a learning culture.
Prior to joining Talentnet, Xuan Huong served as Country HR Director at AkzoNobel Vietnam. She is also the Vice President in charge of Training & Development at the Vietnam Human Resources (VNHR) Association.
Xuan Huong holds an MBA from the University of Queensland, Australia. Beyond her professional knowledge and experience, she has built a strong local and international network, allowing her to approach challenges with diverse perspectives.

With more than 25 years of experience in the Executive Search and Recruitment fields, Ms. Quynh Phuong is deeply experienced as an HR Advisor, specializes in the Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Trading, Sourcing, Oil & Gas, Mining, Maritime, Logistics, Hi-Tech, Construction, Property, Banking & Financial Services industries.
Ms. Quynh Phuong graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Education University, Hue, Vietnam. Throughout her exciting career in the HR field, Ms. Quynh Phuong continues to extend her professional knowledge in HR management and leadership development through international-certified programs.

In 2007, Ms. Ha Nguyen together with some colleagues set up the very first Vietnamese company in the HR consulting industry – Talentnet, which is now a leading professional services provider in the market. With a solid foundation in finance and more than a decade of executive leadership, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Talentnet Corporation. In this capacity, she leads the company’s financial strategy, oversees enterprise-wide risk management, and optimizes resource allocation to drive long-term, sustainable growth.
Ms. Thuy brings a wealth of experience from senior leadership roles in top-tier corporations across the F&B, retail, and education sectors — notably as CEO of Nova F&B and as CFO, Head of Finance, and Head of Audit at various major enterprises. She is highly proficient in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, and financial due diligence, contributing significantly to key investment decisions and strategic business planning.
