“Act locally, think globally” is the guideline and philosophy that Ms. Tieu Yen Trinh, the founder and CEO of Talentnet Corporation has constantly followed over the decade since the establishment of Talentnet after separating from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 2007.
Being an entrepreneur with a bold vision and charismatic leadership style, she has led Talentnet successfully in cooperation with Mercer and ADP Streamline. Her experience in advisory Boards and C-Suite has helped build human capital agenda and strategies on many levels with an unparalleled depth of understanding of the Vietnamese labor market. This has resulted in strong relationships with top HR professionals, industry leaders, and other key contacts within this field. One of the biggest milestones in her life was when she founded Vietnam HR Awards in 2014 – where the best HR strategies and practices are comprehensively evaluated and awarded.
2019 marks her significant milestone by being in the top 10 of the Red Star Awards – celebrating excellent young entrepreneurs nationwide for marvelous business success and contribution to social activities. In early 2020, she was listed as an Outstanding self-made leader by Forbes Vietnam.
Ms. Trinh is currently the Vice President of Hawee (HCMC Association for Women Executives & Entrepreneurs) and VNHR (Vietnam Human Resources Association), a member of AHDO (ASEAN Human Development Organization), and a member of the Advisory Board of SMU Singapore.
Ms. Ly Ngoc Tran brings over 25 years of leadership experience in workforce management and strategic HR outsourcing consulting, with a proven track record of advising organizations on advanced, best-fit human capital solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes and strengthen competitive advantage in the Vietnam market.
Her expertise spans end-to-end HR outsourcing strategy, human capital management, and business scaling, across both multinational corporations and local enterprises. With deep understanding of Vietnam’s regulatory landscape and operating realities, Ms. Tran is highly regarded for her ability to design and implement solutions that balance compliance, operational efficiency, and long-term workforce sustainability, enabling clients to focus on growth and performance.
At Talentnet, Ms. Tran oversees the strategic direction, growth, and performance of the Outsourcing Hub, with full accountability for service excellence, delivery governance, and operational scalability. Under her leadership, Talentnet’s Outsourcing Services have expanded consistently and established trusted, long-term partnerships with leading enterprises across diverse industries in Vietnam, positioning the company as a preferred HR Outsourcing partner.

Beyond her executive responsibilities, Ms. Tran is an active contributor to the HR and business community, frequently invited to speak at industry conferences and professional forums. She is recognized for her thought leadership on workforce strategy, labor compliance, and the evolution of HR Outsourcing in Vietnam.
Ms. Tran holds a degree from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and began her professional career with Procter & Gamble Vietnam, where she spent seven years building a strong foundation in world-class HR and business practices.
Mike Hebert brings over 15 years of senior commercial leadership experience across banking, education, and professional services in Canada and Vietnam. His career has been built on scaling revenue in competitive markets, building high-performing commercial teams, and converting strategic partnerships into measurable business growth.
Before joining Talentnet, Mike served as Country Commercial Director at Cognita Schools, one of the world’s largest international school networks, leading commercial strategy across multiple campuses in Vietnam. He also co-founded a leading Talent Development firm in Vietnam in 2015.
Prior to his decade in Vietnam, he held senior roles in commercial banking at HSBC and BMO Financial Group in Canada.
Mike completed his Executive MBA at UQAM (Université du Québec à Montréal), conducted in Vietnam in partnership with University of Economics HCMC, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. He has served as President and Executive Board Member of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (CanCham) for 7 years and as a Co-Chair of the Children Cancer Run in Vietnam.
At Talentnet, Mike leads the firm’s commercial growth agenda, building the client acquisition engine, deepening wallet share across Talentnet’s service pillars, and developing the partnerships, systems, and commercial infrastructure that will carry Vietnam’s leading HR consulting firm into its next chapter of growth.
Ms. Dang Thuy Ha is one of the pioneers in introducing market research and customer experience in Vietnam. With over 20 years of experience, she brings valuable insights that help businesses see emerging opportunities and find solutions to adapt to market changes.
Before joining Talentnet, she held the position of Director of Client Leadership, Ha Noi at NielsenIQ Vietnam and worked with major Vietnamese corporations.
She is also a member of the Advisory Board for Vietnam National Brand Program under the Ministry of Industry and Trade and has been invited to speak at prestigious conferences and workshops organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Information and Communications, and the VCCI.
Ms. Ha holds an MBA from Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management, a Forester CX Master certification, and is an ICF Certified Coach. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for the CFVG French-Vietnamese Master’s Program and the author of the book “Understanding Customers for Effective Business Strategy and Execution.
With more than 25 years of experience in the Executive Search and Recruitment fields, Ms. Quynh Phuong is deeply experienced as an HR Advisor, specializes in the Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Trading, Sourcing, Oil & Gas, Mining, Maritime, Logistics, Hi-Tech, Construction, Property, Banking & Financial Services industries.
Ms. Quynh Phuong graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Education University, Hue, Vietnam. Throughout her exciting career in the HR field, Ms. Quynh Phuong continues to extend her professional knowledge in HR management and leadership development through international-certified programs.
Ms. Quynh Phuong has conducted many training programs such as Effective Leaders, Competency Based Interview, Leadership, Coaching Skills, Questioning Skill, Assessment Center, Inside Customer Service, and Fundamental Compensation & Benefits, etc. Moreover, she is a keynote speaker in the Education Open House Seminar hosted by the US Consulate and Australian Trade Commission and an advisor for the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) Scholarship Program for 5 years.
With a solid foundation in finance and more than a decade of executive leadership, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Talentnet Corporation. In this capacity, she leads the company’s financial strategy, oversees enterprise-wide risk management, and optimizes resource allocation to drive long-term, sustainable growth.
Ms. Thuy brings a wealth of experience from senior leadership roles in top-tier corporations across the F&B, retail, and education sectors — notably as CEO of Nova F&B and as CFO, Head of Finance, and Head of Audit at various major enterprises. She is highly proficient in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, and financial due diligence, contributing significantly to key investment decisions and strategic business planning.
Ms. Lê Thị Xuân Dung is the Head of Human Resources at Talentnet, bringing over 19 years of experience in strategic HR leadership across multinational and high-growth organizations in technology, logistics, entertainment, retail, and FMCG.
At Talentnet, Dung leads the company’s people strategy to enable its next phase of regional growth, focusing on building a high-performing, agile, and future-ready workforce. She plays a critical role in shaping Talentnet’s organizational transformation, strengthening its commercial and delivery capabilities, and embedding a strong, unified culture as the company expands its presence across Asia.
Dung’s expertise lies in HR Business Partnering, organizational development, talent management, and digital HR transformation. She is known for her ability to translate business strategy into impactful people initiatives, driving workforce effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee engagement at scale.
Prior to joining Talentnet, Dung held senior HR leadership roles at Bosch Global Software Technologies, DHL Supply Chain, and Gameloft Southeast Asia. She has successfully led large-scale transformations, including organizational restructuring for thousands of employees, digital HR platform implementations, and regional talent development programs, consistently delivering high stakeholder satisfaction and strong people outcomes.
Dung holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Linguistics and Literature from University of Social Sciences and Humanities. She is widely recognized as a trusted advisor to business leaders, combining strategic thinking with a pragmatic, people-centric approach. Her leadership philosophy centers on unlocking human potential, fostering a culture of ownership and growth, and building organizations where people and business thrive together.
With a strong foundation in technology leadership and over a decade of experience driving digital innovation, Mr. Nguyen Huy Hung currently serves as Head of Digital & Technology at Talentnet Corporation. In this role, he leads the company’s digital and technology strategy, overseeing enterprise architecture, data platforms, and AI-driven initiatives to accelerate business growth and operational excellence.
Mr. Hung brings extensive experience across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and AI transformation, having held senior leadership roles in technology-driven organizations. He is highly proficient in building scalable platforms, modernizing legacy systems, and integrating data and AI into core business processes. His leadership plays a critical role in shaping Talentnet’s digital capabilities, enabling smarter decision-making and delivering differentiated value to clients.
