Talentnet reserves the right to refuse your access, or remove any contents provided by you, update, information, comment, presentation, etc… on this Website or App if there is offensive content influencing the traditions and customs, information that offends organizations and individuals, affects national security, and other contents that violate Vietnamese law.

Application

Your access and use of the App must follow the provided or available Talentnet user guide from time to time.
The App is designed for TALENTNET’s event attendees (“Users”) to express their views and opinions on specific topics related to human resources and personnel management. All thoughts and opinions expressed on the Appare those of the participating members. Talentnet is not responsible for the accuracy of any information or the views and opinions posted by Members on the APP. If you have any questions or in-depth advice on any materials posted on the App, in that case you are advised to consult with appropriately qualified professionals to receive accurate and timely assistance.
Private messages are strictly intended for the designated recipient and must not be disclosed or made public on the App without prior review and approval by Talentnet or the appointed Moderator/Admin.
4. Talentnet reserves the full right to relocate, lock, or otherwise manage the structure and presentation of content on the App as deemed appropriate to ensure compliance and consistency.
Members are not permitted to solicit information from other Members for research, academic, or publication purposes without prior approval from the website and Application administrators.
Members are strictly prohibited from posting any content on the Forum using multiple accounts.
Members may report or discuss inappropriate behavior of other Members by using the Report function, Contact Moderator/Admin feature, or the Customer Support Service. Any public discussion or comment that directly attacks or criticizes the behavior of another Member on the APP will be removed.

User-generated content

About data, text, email, file, name, portrait, logo, artwork, graphics, images, video, audio, HTML (or website design codes, App codes), image maps, Application software and other content, materials uploaded, or transmitted from you or your representatives on the website and the App (“User-generated content”), meaning you understand and agree to be responsible for:

Relevance, installation, configuration, posting, download, use, operation, dissemination, accuracy, and legality of User-Generated Content.
Backup of User-Generated Content and any other data or files, unless otherwise approved by Talentnet.

You authorize and agree that Talentnet is allowed to copy, reproduce, communicate, distribute, perform, and post User-Generated Content to provide the App, websites and services related to you.

Do not prejudice to the dignity, honor, prestige of individuals, other Members in the forum or of the Talentnet, whether indirect or direct.

Talentnet may remove, modify, replace or deny access to any User-Generated Content without prior notice at its sole discretion if:

Compliance with applicable laws and any requirements from competent state authorities is mandatory. In Talentnet’s sole discretion, any user-generated content that violates the aforementioned regulations, causes disruption, or is potentially objectionable (including but not limited to content promoting services or platforms that compete with Talentnet or its offerings) may be subject to removal or other corrective action.

Voluntary ideas

Talentnet welcomes your comments and is ready to answer your questions. However, Talentnet does not seek and accept any ideas, suggestions, or materials you provide relating to the development, design, production, and marketing of Talentnet products.
