Delivery Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage delivery governance, project quality, and SLA compliance.
• Act as the main contact point for client stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Lead and support distributed delivery teams to ensure effective collaboration and performance.
• Drive issue resolution and manage delivery escalations proactively.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software delivery leadership roles, preferably in Agile environments.
• Strong background in Java technologies and modern software engineering practices.
• Proven experience managing distributed teams and offshore delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive delivery excellence and maintain high customer satisfaction.
