Job Responsibilities
The LAE is also responsible for ensuring that:
- The organization’s aircraft and installed equipment are maintained in accordance with the SSCA approved maintenance program, CCARs and established company procedures.
- All aircraft are maintained in an airworthy condition.
- Airworthiness directives applicable to an aircraft and its components are complied with;
- All aircraft are inspected in accordance with the manufacturers’ maintenance requirements, CCARs and all company procedures.
- The control and management of all inspections and scheduled or unscheduled maintenance carried out on all company aircraft in accordance with the established maintenance exposition.
- Aircraft maintenance is performed in accordance with the approved maintenance program.
- Procedures to control, amend, and distribute required documentation are established and maintained.
- Maintaining adequate record in respect of aircraft and components operated or owned by company as required.
- Adequate spare parts and tooling are properly handled and stored to ensure the reliable operation of company aircraft;
- Liaison closely with the Flight Operations activities to ensure that as far as practicable, and consistent with the safety goals of company operational are met.
- He will demonstrate a positive commitment to the Company Safety Policy and Quality Objective.
Job Requirements:
- Good English communication skills
- Good work ethic and willingness to contribute to a safe and enjoyable work place
- Minimum 5 years helicopter maintenance experience
- Hold current B1 or B2 ICAO license
- Cabri G2 type rating
- Active AMEL exercise/experience in the past 24 months
