We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Director to lead all marketing initiatives for our retail business. This role is responsible for driving foot traffic, boosting customer loyalty, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering a seamless omnichannel experience across online and offline touchpoints.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Building
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to grow brand equity and customer base.
- Lead national and local marketing campaigns tailored to retail segments.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across physical stores, e-commerce, social media, and CRM channels.
 
- Customer & Market Insights
- Leverage customer data (e.g. RFM, CLV) to shape campaign targeting and retention strategies.
- Monitor market trends, category dynamics, and shopper behavior to adjust go-to-market approaches.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
 
- Digital & Omnichannel Marketing
- Drive performance marketing across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Zalo, etc.).
- Lead e-commerce marketing initiatives in collaboration with the online sales team.
- Integrate in-store promotions with online campaigns for a seamless customer journey.
 
- Retail Campaigns & Activation
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, store openings, loyalty programs, and promotions.
- Partner with VM (visual merchandising) and store operations for in-store experience.
- Oversee influencer, PR, and partnership strategies for brand amplification.
 
- Budget & Team Management
- Manage marketing budget, forecast ROI, and track performance against KPIs.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team (brand, digital, content, design, CRM).
- Collaborate closely with Retail Operations, Product, and Merchandising departments.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8–12 years of marketing experience, preferably in the retail, FMCG, ecommerce or consumer lifestyle sectors.
- Strong track record of delivering results in both brand-building and performance marketing.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large marketing budgets.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel customer journeys and loyalty programs.
- Data-savvy with experience using tools like Google Analytics, CDP, or CRM platforms.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Leadership in fast-paced, multi-store retail environments
- Familiarity with Vietnam’s retail landscape (if applicable)
- Knowledge of POS systems, loyalty apps, and O2O solutions
- Strong commercial mindset and consumer empathy
