Support the development and execution of local product assortment strategies in alignment with global company guidelines and the specific needs of the Vietnamese market.
Assist in localizing promotions and marketing campaigns in collaboration with regional and global teams.
Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding local suppliers for complementary product ranges.
Monitor order placement, inventory levels, and stock replenishment processes to ensure optimal product availability and margins.
Support the definition and implementation of pricing strategies in line with local business targets.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, margins, and inventory health.
Contribute to the evaluation of promotional effectiveness and margin analysis.
Work closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and country management teams to facilitate campaign rollouts and product launches.
Coordinate on product specifications, delivery timelines, and in-market execution requirements.
Provide merchandising guidance, support materials, and training to field teams and advisors.
Analyze competitor activities and market trends to recommend improvements in merchandising tactics and visual displays.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a closely related field.
2-4 years of experience in merchandising, procurement, or product management, ideally within consumer goods or home appliance industries.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; additional regional language skills eg Mandarin will be considered a plus.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, comfortable using Excel and other data tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
Familiarity with distributor models and local retail landscape is highly desirable.
Agile, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
