Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets in Cambodia.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and inventory management.
• Manage and expand the dealer and retailer network across key agricultural regions.
• Identify new areas of growth and products to drive future growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to guide product and pricing strategies.
• Plan and execute marketing activities, field demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the agronomy and product development teams to align product offerings with market needs and successful launching.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
EXPECTED RESULTS
• Keep management informed through monthly reports on sales performance, activity in each region, market situation, and competitor activity.
Job Requirements:
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agronomy, Business Development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the agricultural input industry, preferably in seeds (vegetable seeds highly preferred).
• Proven experience managing dealer and retailer channels in Cambodia.
• Familiarity with regional cropping patterns and vegetable cultivation practices. Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate the team.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel extensively across the country.
