IT Director

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead enterprise systems, network infrastructure and security.
• Drive digital health initiatives including patient-facing platforms.
• Ensure robust data management, analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Oversee IT governance, compliance and risk mitigation.
• Manage IT budget, vendor relations and team development.

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years in IT leadership with experience scaling complex tech environments.
• Strong background in systems integration, cybersecurity and enterprise architecture.
• Experience in healthcare IT is a plus.
• Excellent strategic planning and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and project delivery competencies.
