Manager, MEP Design

 • Provide Project leadership during the design stage in a collaborative, partnership-based manner.

 • Manage the liaison and relationships of all key stakeholders (Consultants, authorities, Construction Site Team, Subcontractor)

• Ensure management of the MEP design process in accordance with company policy, procedures and the Design Management Plan.

• Provide engineering needs for plan/spec and design/build projects to meet requirement

• Ensure designs meet all applicable codes and safety standards

• Define VE opportunities of existing designs

• Research new technical developments for implementation at CMLD

• Provide technical assistance to other design groups as necessary

• Review of BOQ, Comparison List and specifications

• Analyze the models to produce a safe, economical design that satisfies the design criteria.

• Requires interaction with own MEP and other discipline to complete design tasks.

Job Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

• Knowledge of MEP Engineering

• Knowledge of International Standard Code

• Knowledge and understanding of product and brand management, segmentation and positioning.

• Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint, Autocad 2D and 3D

• Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills

• Ability to think creatively and innovatively

• Ability to work under pressure
