Assemble a packaging machine from a single part to final testing
Analyze the problem, detect issues, and track root causes
Suggest fixes and improvements
Generate technical procedures, plans and engineering documentation
Lead the testing and product quality assurance
Cooperate with service engineer to improve the machine efficiency and provide the supporting if the machine has issue in customer side.
Work with project manager to control the machine refurbishment schedule, check with account manager and adjust the schedule if needs.
Create processes / provide insights into how to deliver effective and efficient machines in a fast-growing market
Responsible for installation, trouble shooting, maintenance, modification, finetune with high
standard quality for both program and mechanical
Provide technical training and technical support to customer
Develop the preventive maintenance plan and work with customer for the spare parts stocking
Closely work with account manager to continue to improve the customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
Be willing to learn and progress
Previous experience as a Service Engineer, Test Engineer or similar role
Hands-on experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with team-working spirit
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery
5 years field service working experience, include machine installation and commissioning experiences, prefer beverage/food/dairy product industrial background.
Automation or engineering background with bachelor’s degree
