Lead and manage all Finance & Accounting activities, including developing and coaching the Finance team.
Establish, implement, and maintain financial management systems and internal control frameworks.
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with local regulations and corporate accounting standards.
Provide timely, accurate, and relevant financial reports to support management decision-making (e.g., P&L, cash flow forecasts, annual financial statements).
Partner with commercial leaders to achieve financial targets and effectively manage cash flow.
Ensure full compliance with local laws, tax regulations (including corporate and withholding taxes), and audit requirements.
Maintain and enforce internal policies, procedures, and control standards in line with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
Support strategic planning by providing financial insights and ensuring efficient use of company resources.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing and reporting processes.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management; experience in industrial sectors is a plus.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and local regulatory requirements.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, manage, and develop high-performing Finance teams.
Familiarity with ERP systems is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
