Job Summary:
Lead and optimize the execution of all merchandising and sourcing activities for the brand, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Champion the brand’s interests, ensure key performance indicators are met, and supervise, mentor, and develop the merchandising team to strengthen overall capability.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Merchandise Manager for the hub, focusing on brand development and overseeing all execution and order-management activities for the assigned brand.
- Manage the team’s daily operations to align with the brand’s requirements and performance expectations.
- Oversee calendar planning, workflow mapping, and milestone management to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain and strengthen vendor relationships to support quality, efficiency, and long-term collaboration.
- Ensure implementation of all compliance, CR/Sustainability, and traceability goals and standards.
- Act as the key execution lead for brand strategies and provide recommendations to resolve issues or improve processes.
- Deliver against product, service-level, and cost objectives in line with brand and business targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational performance.
- Develop team capabilities, support talent growth, and ensure delivery of team KPIs.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain, from concept to consumer, with experience in building supply-chain capabilities and developing talent.
- Possess a global mindset and the ability to drive sourcing strategies aligned with the brand’s best interests.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and effectively leverage networks and industry contacts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and achieve win-win outcomes.
- Highly agile and adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English and the local language, both verbal and written.
- Strong product knowledge in men’s and women’s intimates categories.
