Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and control all flight operations activities.
- Ensure compliance with SSCA regulations, third parties’ regulations and those of ICAO;
- Establish and maintain effective operational control
- Oversee crew licensing, training, and fatigue management – Liaise directly with SSCA on operational matters
- Promote safety culture and SMS effectiveness Liaison closely with the Flight Operations activities to ensure that as far as practicable, and consistent with the safety goals of company operational are met.
- Demonstrate a positive commitment to the Company Safety Policy and Quality Objectives
Job Requirements:
- CPL(H) or ATPL(H)
- Type rating on: AS350 series
- Minimum 5 years of operational experience
- Previous leadership role in flight operations
- Strong regulatory and SMS knowledge
- (- Eligible for SSCA post-holder approval)
