Job Responsibilities
• Ensure all products are properly stocked and displayed according to merchandising standards in modern trade channels.
• Implement promotional materials and support in-store campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
• Monitor stock levels, expiration dates, and planogram compliance regularly.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure merchandising cooperation.
• Provide daily or weekly reports on shelf conditions, competitor activity, and promotion results.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, modern trade, or retail, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.
• Good understanding of merchandising practices and product placement strategies.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on weekends or public holidays if needed.
