Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
  • • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals.
  • • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • • Manage client relationships, commercial negotiations, and B2B projects.
  • • Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement growth initiatives.
  • • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to align sales strategies.
  • • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales decisions.
  • • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to sales.
  • • Advise clients on technical solutions and ensure successful project implementation.
  • • Understand import/export processes to facilitate smooth shipping operations.

Job Requirements:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • • Proven experience in sales management or business development, preferably in electronics or HVAC.
  • • Knowledge of Cambodian market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • • Proficient in CRM systems, sales management software, and Microsoft Office.
  • • Fluency in Khmer and English (spoken and written)
