Manage sales activities of channel partners to generate revenue.
Have a strategic mindset to come up with strong business plans to further grow the brands.
Conduct product demonstrations and business presentation to end users to help promote the Company’s products (this includes virtual demos and trainings)
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in assigned territory
Coordinate with existing channel partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals. Develop positive working relationships with them to build business
Evaluate channel partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
Work with channel partners on preparing monthly sales forecast and updates to help the Company’s supply chain.
Manage sales pipeline, new sales opportunities, and forecast
Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities
Well knowledge of latest mega projects both from public and private sectors
Further grow E-Commerce platforms together with partners.
Keep current on all of the Company products from a technical, application, pricing, and selling benefits standpoint.
Demonstrate good judgment and adeptness at analyzing facts, problem solving, decision-making and communication skills.
Displays managerial courage to make tough decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Minimum of a 4-year bachelor’s degree (preferably Engineering background)
Job Related Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ total experience in sales operations and distributor management (with at least 2 years’ experience in Managerial level)
Demonstrate experience in interacting with end users from the Industrial sector (Construction, Facility Maintenance, Utility, Mining and Oil & Gas industries and alike)
Basic Knowledge and appreciation for tools and equipment
Specific Knowledge:
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage and adapt in an extremely busy and frequently changing environment
High standards of professional responsibility, personal integrity, and effectiveness
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to operate effectively with all levels of the organization
