Finance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage all Finance & Accounting activities, including developing and coaching the Finance team.
• Establish, implement, and maintain financial management systems and internal control frameworks.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with local regulations and corporate accounting standards.
• Provide timely, accurate, and relevant financial reports to support management decision-making (e.g., P&L, cash flow forecasts, annual financial statements).
• Partner with commercial leaders to achieve financial targets and effectively manage cash flow.
• Ensure full compliance with local laws, tax regulations (including corporate and withholding taxes), and audit requirements.
• Maintain and enforce internal policies, procedures, and control standards in line with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
• Support strategic planning by providing financial insights and ensuring efficient use of company resources.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing and reporting processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management; experience in industrial sectors is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and local regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, manage, and develop high-performing Finance teams.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both local and global stakeholders.
