Head of Growth

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and manage target enterprise accounts across Banking, FMCG, and large corporations.
• Drive cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and networking to secure meetings with decision-makers.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop competitor takeover strategies targeting platforms.
• Build and manage partnerships with Media, Digital, and PR agencies.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM reporting through HubSpot or equivalent systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing on case studies, insight reports, and market visibility initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5–10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.
• Proven track record of closing large corporate deals with senior stakeholders.
• Strong cold outreach, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Hunter mindset with the ability to build scalable sales pipelines.
• Experience in Martech, SaaS, or social listening platforms is a strong advantage.
• Existing network within Vietnam’s agency ecosystem is preferred.
• Familiar with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
