Head of Transaction Banking

Job Responsibilities

1. CASA & Liability Franchise

• Drive growth in Current accounts and Operating balances

• Focus on stable, relationship-driven deposits

2. Payments & Cash Management

• Build and scale: Cash management solutions and Collections and payments infrastructure

• Integrate with domestic rails (e.g., Bakong) and client systems

3. Trade & Supply Chain Finance

• Expand: Trade finance penetration & Supply chain ecosystems

• Partner closely with Corporate & SME teams

4. Fee Income Growth

• Drive non-interest income via Payments, Trade services and FX flows

• Reduce dependence on spread income
5. Digital & Platform Integration

• Work with Technology to Enable API-based integrations and build embedded banking capabilities

• Align with broader Digital Banking strategy

First 90 Days

• Assess CASA base and client concentration

• Review transaction banking product suite and pricing

• Identify quick wins in payments and trade flows

• Align with Corporate & SME teams on client integration

Job Requirements

• 15-20 years in Transaction Banking
• Strong experience in cash management, payments, and trade finance
• Exposure to digital and platform-based banking models
• Proven ability to build and scale transaction banking businesses
