Program Director

Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and manage social programs across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Design, plan, and oversee community engagement initiatives and student development programs to maximize effectiveness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a skilled team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, NGOs, and community partners.
• Monitor program performance, manage budgets, and prepare reports to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, or related fields; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in community engagement or program management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and program evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in leading teams through change and driving organizational transformation.
