Job Responsibilities
- Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure that they receive exceptional service and identify new business opportunities and expand market share for cement products.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current dealer or customer needs and following a defined selling process with potential customers, often including product demos and presentations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and competitor analysis and participate in marketing activities and events.
- Coordinate with others to ensure that collaborations are being met and company standards are being upheld.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of industry and market trends is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to provinces as needed.
