Lead KOMPA’s brand positioning as an AI-native data intelligence platform across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Develop and maintain the company’s messaging architecture, brand narrative, and thought leadership strategy.
Drive strategic communications for the company and Founder, including media relations, speaking engagements, industry recognition, and reputation management.
Build and manage strategic external relationships with ecosystem partners, industry associations, government stakeholders, investors, and key opinion leaders.
Establish partnerships with data providers, research organizations, and regional partners that support business growth and market expansion.
Generate strategic business opportunities through relationships and brand influence, and transition qualified opportunities to GTM and Sales teams.
Advise the Founder and Leadership Team on brand positioning, market perception, corporate reputation, and strategic growth initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marcom, Product, GTM, and Sales teams to ensure alignment between brand strategy, market positioning, and business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
8+ years of experience in brand strategy, corporate communications, public affairs, strategic partnerships, consulting, or related leadership roles.
Proven track record in building senior-level relationships with enterprise leaders, industry stakeholders, media, government agencies, or investors.
Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
Experience in technology, SaaS, AI, data, digital transformation, or innovation-driven businesses is preferred.
Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong understanding of brand positioning, thought leadership, corporate reputation, and ecosystem development.
Ability to influence across functions and operate effectively in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
High level of professionalism, ownership, credibility, and business judgment.
