Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Reports To: CEO / Board

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic marketing planning and execution for brand positioning and market growth.
Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, PR, events).
Drive customer insights, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
Build and optimize marketing ROI measurement and KPI dashboards.
Guide customer experience strategy and patient journey mapping.
Oversee marketing team development and performance management.

Requirements:

10+ years in senior marketing leadership (B2C/B2B services preferred).
Healthcare, medical services, or related sector experience is strongly preferred.
Proven experience building brands and driving measurable growth.
Strong data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and execution capability.
