Job Title: Business Development Manager – Packaging (FMCG / F&B)
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding key customer relationships within the FMCG and Food & Beverage sectors. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, developing tailored packaging solutions, and building long-term partnerships with brand owners, co-packers, and manufacturers.
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow packaging sales within FMCG and F&B customers
Identify, approach, and convert new accounts including brand owners, processors, and co-packers
Manage and expand key customer relationships, ensuring long-term account growth
Work closely with technical, R&D, and operations teams to deliver solution-based packaging proposals
Understand customer needs across product protection, shelf life, cost, sustainability, and branding
Lead commercial discussions, pricing, negotiations, and contract closure
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Packaging, Food Technology, or related fields
5–10+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in packaging, FMCG, or F&B-related industries
Strong network and proven track record with FMCG / F&B customers
Experience in flexible, paper-based, rigid packaging, or packaging solutions
Solid understanding of packaging applications for food and beverage products
Strong commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Good English communication skills
