Develop and maintain short-term and long-term sales forecasts by market, channel, and SKUs
Drives the monthly SOP Cycle (Consolidate presentation, lead meeting)
Monitor sales trends and historical data to improve forecast accuracy
Support annual budget planning and monthly/quarterly sales review processes
Lead continuous improvement of sales planning processes, tools, and systems
Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for senior management
Partner with Supply Chain to align demand planning with inventory management and production
Identify risks and opportunities in the sales pipeline and propose corrective actions
Administration:
Lead a team of Commercial Administrators and ensure a good service level is rendered to the internal sales team
Oversee the processing of claims that are put forward by the respective teams to ensure they are completed and comply with policies and procedures.
Keep track and ensure accurate capture of information and endorsement of internal paperwork/ forms used.
Ensure that document management and record-keeping are organized systematically.
Arrange booking/reservation, logistics for sales and commercial meetings/events
Submit timely and accurate monthly reports with recommendations for improvement of business processes.
Job Requirements:
BA or MA in finance / economics / business administration
At least 3-5 years of experience in Administration Management, leading commercial admin team from an FMCG organization.
Good command of English language; written and spoken
Excellent MS Excel Advance and Power BI skills
Excellent communicator who can handle difficult business situations well, including listening and questioning skills.
Highly numerate with a keen eye for detail, result oriented and is hands-on.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with sharp business acumen.
Able to examine and reengineer operations and procedures, formulating policy, impacts, and/ or projections.
Clear understanding of the business to be able to focus on core issues and conduct analysis. Strong desire to continually improve work processes and systems.
Demonstrate energy, sense of urgency, focus and follow through. Able to supervise and guide assigned staff to achieve tasks objectives.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, able to maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges.
