Role Overview

Lead the Compliance Department to ensure the company’s full adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal standards. Provide legal and compliance advisory, manage risks, and safeguard the company’s best interests.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance

Develop and manage compliance frameworks, policies, guidelines, and training.

Monitor, review, and analyze compliance performance across the company.

Manage compliance violations, investigate incidents, and ensure corrective actions.

Identify risks, advise on preventive measures, and handle regulatory inspections.

Legal

Develop, review, and manage legal policies and internal regulations.

Provide legal advice on contracts, agreements, and company documents.

Draft, review, and support negotiations with vendors and partners.

Manage litigation, intellectual property protection, and legal matters.

Liaise with external law firms when required.

Management

Lead and manage the Legal & Compliance Department.

Report regularly to senior management on compliance and legal matters.

Oversee team recruitment, training, and performance.

Cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of legal and compliance regulations; experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.

Strategic thinking with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English.

Strong leadership, teamwork, and result-oriented mindset.
