KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform site survey, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance for Core Network systems.
- Provide both remote and on-site technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
- Analyze system issues and propose effective technical solutions for Mobile Core platforms.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and service quality.
- Adapt to fast-changing project requirements and work effectively under pressure.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Mobile Core Network systems.
- Strong troubleshooting capability in telecom network environments.
- Familiarity with virtualization, cloud-based architectures, and IP networking.
- Experience working with 3G/4G/IMS/VoLTE/Core Network technologies is highly preferred.
- Experience with core network management systems from major telecom vendors is an advantage.
- Good teamwork skills with customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient English communication skills (mandatory).
