Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • HR Strategy & Leadership
    • Define and execute group-wide HR strategy aligned with business growth, clinical priorities, and long-term vision
    • Act as a strategic advisor to DCEO and senior leadership on workforce, culture, and organizational design
  • Talent, Performance & Succession
    • Lead workforce planning, leadership pipeline development, and succession planning
    • Strengthen performance management frameworks linked to business and clinical outcomes
  • HR Operations & Governance
    • Oversee end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, C&B, L&D, employee relations, and compliance
    • Ensure consistent HR policies, processes, and labor law compliance across all entities
  • Organization Development & Culture
    • Drive organizational development, change management, and culture-building initiatives
    • Support leaders in scaling teams while maintaining engagement and retention
  • Digital & Continuous Improvement
    • Lead HR digitization, people analytics, and KPI tracking
    • Continuously improve HR systems, processes, and reporting to support data-driven decisions

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in Healthcare, Education, or fast-scaling service organizations
  • Proven track record in HR transformation, team leadership, and stakeholder management
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategy and execution
  • Solid understanding of Vietnam labor law and modern HR systems
  • Experience managing multi-unit or multi-specialty organizations is a strong advantage
