Develop strategies to achieve objectives in market development, partnership channels, medical cooperation, and customer care in the healthcare service sector, including specialized/general medical services and comprehensive health check-ups.
Coordinate with the Marketing Department to develop, manage, and implement marketing strategies aligned with the Healthcare System Chain’s operations to promote the Company’s brand and services through various channels.
Take full responsibility for developing new customer sources (B2B, B2C) and partner networks to achieve the Company’s business targets.
Conduct customer surveys, provide customer care, and measure customer satisfaction; propose corrective actions and improvements to enhance service quality.
Coordinate in building customer experience standards; train and develop teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
Be responsible for allocating targets, training, and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
Develop and optimize service processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Organize the collection, analysis, and evaluation of market information; propose appropriate strategies to exploit and expand the market, develop new customer sources, and ensure business targets are met.
Plan human resources; coordinate recruitment and training to ensure sufficient and competent manpower to achieve optimal performance.
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc business reports as required by the Board of Directors.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENTS:
Male/Female
Age: 30 – 45
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Proficient in office software and Google applications
English communication skills
Minimum 05 years of experience in an equivalent position within a healthcare system chain or related fields
