Responsible for developing and executing breakthrough business and marketing strategies for the entire portfolio of the Company’s real estate projects.
Accountable for the effective management of sales, marketing, market research, and brand development activities to achieve outstanding revenue targets, enhance brand value, and optimize investment efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise the CEO and the Executive Board on developing, refining, and adjusting competitive and sustainable real estate business and product strategies and policies.
- Responsible for creating innovative sales policies, incentive schemes, and KPIs for the Sales Department to drive high performance and engagement.
- Direct, evaluate, and approve comprehensive and detailed sales and marketing plans for each project, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness.
- Continuously analyze and assess the market to proactively adjust strategies in line with trends and customer demands, maintaining competitive advantages.
- Closely monitor competitors’ activities (sales, marketing) and propose flexible, creative business tactics.
- Proactively propose project development opportunities, and the expansion of sales platforms or potential distribution channels based on market insights.
- Provide strategic input on project positioning, segmentation, product mix, and pricing through in-depth market research and analysis reports
- Aggregate information on new projects, products, and competitor strategies to keep the Executive Board constantly updated.
- Directly participate in negotiations with major clients/investors and strategic partners in key transactions.
- Develop and implement VIP customer care programs and policies to ensure exceptional customer experience and maximum satisfaction.
- Plan and monitor the business and marketing budgets, ensuring cost optimization and return on investment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Company’s Executive Board.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, particularly with major developers/real estate corporations.
- At least 5 years in a senior management role (Division Director, Sales/Marketing Director, Deputy CEO), with a proven track record of leading large-scale real estate projects successfully.
- Professional Competencies:
- Strong strategic thinking and long-term planning capabilities.
- Deep understanding of both Vietnamese and international real estate markets, including trends, regulations, and segment characteristics.
- In-depth knowledge of the full real estate project development and business process, from market research and planning to execution and handover.
- Proficient and hands-on experience in both Sales and Marketing, particularly in large-scale and high-end real estate.
- Strong skills in analyzing market and financial data, and making data-driven decisions.
