Responsible for managing the Corporate Services Division, including corporate secretarial, governance, and compliance matters in accordance with HOSE listing requirements.
Responsible for overseeing the Board Affairs Division, driving the effective operation of the Board of Directors and its Committees through strategic coordination, comprehensive preparation, and seamless execution of all meetings to ensure strong governance and decision-making efficiency
Designs and implements robust systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure full regulatory compliance
Drives the execution of special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the Board of Directors, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or Finance.
Minimum 10 years of experience in COMSEC in listed companies or large corporations.
Knowledgeable in Listing Regulations, Enterprise Law, and Company Charter.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management abilities.
