RESPONSIBILITIES
• ERP Implementation: Lead the analysis, coordination, and rollout of the ERP system for Vietnam’s Supply Chain operations.
• Internal Systems Integration: Serve as project lead for internal system implementations and integrations between the regional office and Vietnam, ensuring full user training and effective system adoption.
• Scheduling Management: Develop scheduling guidelines and parameters, ensuring system readiness and alignment. Establish and execute policies, guidelines, and checklists across key operational areas to maintain compliance and standardization.
• Sourcing & Procurement: Build and manage the supplier network, including contract manufacturing support. Ensure vendor lists are properly developed and aligned with internal procedures and standards.
• Compliance: Oversee supplier/vendor qualification processes and ensure full compliance with legal, ethical, and partnership requirements.
• Logistics & Warehouse: Implement daily operational procedures and manage material and finished goods flows efficiently.
• Sustainability: Drive the implementation of best sustainability practices, ensuring optimal resource utilization and zero-waste principles.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly review existing standards, recommend improved approaches, and ensure practices are updated and closely monitored for cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
• Master’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in managerial roles.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including complex operational environments.
• Strong understanding of Import/Export regulations and related compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing principles and implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
• Proven capability to solve highly complex business problems with practical and scalable solutions.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering sustained financial and non-financial results.
• Sound decision-making ability, including making difficult trade-offs when necessary.
