Job Responsibilities:
- Support the design, review, and maintenance of organizational structures, job grading, and reporting lines.
- Support in development, implement, and monitor HR and departmental KPIs in collaboration with line managers.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and KPI tracking.
- Assist the top management in creating the SOPs, ensure consistency, and efficiency.
- Ensure SOPs are well-documented, communicated, and properly implemented across departments.
- Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend improvements or automation where applicable.
- Maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal guidelines in line with legal and organizational updates.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR operations and compliance.
- Support HR Manager in implementing HR initiatives and projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of organizational structure design
- Hands-on experience in KPI development, monitoring, and reporting
- Solid understanding of HR SOP writing, process mapping, and documentation
- Good knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, and internal controls
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
