Job Responsibilities
- Contact with related Mercer regional managers regarding a part of survey
- Be responsible for at least 1 MEDIUM INDUSTRY (from data collection, verification with local, regional and global clients to support for data analysis when preparing industry highlights)
- Double check data analysis of lower level when preparing industry highlights (MEDIUM INDUSTRY)
- Work with MEDIUM or SMALL clients to collect and verify data, QC data, and understand data insights. During data collection, work with clients to do Job Matching (JM), advise client about Position Class (PC)
- Train client in small group how use report and how to use WIN
- Respond to all complex questions about how to use survey reports and about market practices of a SMALL industry
- Answer by email (for business development purpose) to answer questions about all surveys (Khmer or English)
- Respond to client queries about surveys. Arrange for higher level BD meeting if needed.
- Support to prepare BD presentation file, draft proposal, contract for HRC project
- Support to prepare data, presentation material for higher level to present about market updates, market insights (in meeting or conference call) to clients
- Providing support to update, improve QC programs, QC processes or working processes related to surveys and HRC to improve productivity and client satisfaction
- Support HRC projects from market research, data analysis (extract data from WIN, MBM, analyze data for draft report), materials for training sessions, PE sessions
- Ensure all activities align with regulations, preventing compliance risks
- Support internal audits by providing accurate records and thorough explanations of procedures
- Be mainly responsible for the yearly revenue/ number of client target of individual
- Work with Client Management Executive to invoice clients properly and timely and help to collect outstanding invoices if necessary
Job Requirements
- Graduated from University/College (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law)
- Minimum 3years of working experience in C&B field and minimum 1 year of working experience in survey field,
- Excellent interpersonal, advisory, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills in English and, proficiency in MS Office, and a customer-focused, problem-solving attitude.

- High energy and positive thinking.
- Having very sounds of customer service oriented and result oriented.
