Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing Strategy & Branding
    • Develop the overall brand strategy.
    • Build the brand identity and brand guideline system.
    • Lead creative direction and brand communications.
  • Multi-channel Marketing Management
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives across customer segments.
    • Oversee digital, social, performance, and content marketing operations.
    • Utilize data insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Content & Digital Development
    • Define and direct content strategy for product categories and target audiences.
    • Supervise SEO, advertising, lead generation, and media activities.
  • Team Leadership
    • Build, lead, and develop the marketing team across all levels.
    • Establish marketing processes, standards, and reporting systems.
  • Budget & Partner Management
    • Manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI.
    • Collaborate with agencies, production teams, and media partners.
  • Corporate Communications
    • Ensure consistent brand voice across internal and external communications.
    • Support the CEO in selected strategic communication initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 8–12 years of comprehensive Marketing experience. Preferably born in the 8X generation.
  • Leadership Background: At least 5 years in a Head/Director of Marketing role, managing large teams (10–20 members)
  • Core Competencies: Strategy & Planning, Brand Management & Creative Direction, Digital & Performance Marketing, CRM/Automation.
  • Strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, excellent communication and storytelling.
  • Industry Advantage: Prior experience in industrial, technology, energy, or other fast-growth environments is a plus.
  • Personal traits: proactive – fast – disciplined – decisive.
