Manage overall factory quality operations, including IQC, PQC, QA, OQC, and Project Quality, with a team of over 100 personnel.
Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure a balanced approach across Quality – Delivery – Cost.
Operate and continuously improve management systems in compliance with international standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA 6.3.
Lead customer complaint handling, conduct root cause analysis, and apply problem-solving methodologies including 8D, PDCA, and DMAIC.
Conduct internal audits and supplier audits, as well as propose and follow up on improvement action plans.
Work directly with global customers such as Samsung, Hyundai, Bosch, Apple, and Sony.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines, with at least 10 years of experience in quality management at large manufacturing plants, including a minimum of 5 years in a Head/Manager-level position.
Solid knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and Lean Six Sigma; candidates holding VDA 6.3 certification or Six Sigma Black Belt are preferred.
Strong team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
