Understanding and complying with the usage and marking requirements of compulsory product certification/CQC voluntary certification, conditions of cancellation, suspension and withdrawal, to ensure certificates and marks are used properly
In charge of supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards
Establish Flow Process Chart (FPC) and Control Plan (CP) for new models, review and update when necessary
Discover Supplier Quality Manual and Customer-specific requirements with each Customer
Work with New Model Department to prepare and submit PPAP package to Customer
Follow Initial Control of new model
Prepare and follow items for External Audits (Certificate Body of IATF, homologation…)
Solve Customer Claims (receive information from customers, coordinate with other departments to find out root cause/corrective actions, prepare report, submit to customer)
Control Internal/External change points
Job requirement
Bachelor’s degree in management engineering, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, 8D
Good problem-solving, planning, and teamwork skills
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Capable of working in an international environment and willing to travel abroad
