To manage IE team in term of performance and deliver expectations Management Team.
Daily driving for actions and task tracking of team members
This position will be based in SHTP Factory, District 9, Thu Duc – HCM. Shuttle bus from District 1,7,10,12, Go Vap, Binh Thanh/Binh Duong & Dong Nai is available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading IE team to deliver overall objectives and KPI
Achieve Savings target of department.
Provide support to team members
Training/Coaching and identify key talent for development
Define improvement opportunities and draw-out solutions
Managing the daily work and resource arrangement of IE team.
Leading IE team in term of task completion and development.
Be responsible to deliver IE objectives and KPI
Follow up and keep track of tasks, improvements.
Provide solutions to concerned issues from other department in term of IE.
Manufacturing process and documentation control (review, update)
Driving for continuous improvement, especially on Productivity and Process flow. Developing internal resource of IE
REQUIREMENT
3-7 years or above of manufacturing experience with a Multi-national company in Industrial Engineering (3-5 years for Supervisor level and 5-7years and above for Manager level)
University graduate, Major in Engineering or Industrial Management.
Experienced in assembly, packing process.
Solid experience in layout and process flow management, preferably of warehouse optimization.
Certification in LEAN, 6 Sigma, Continuous Improvement.
Ability to work in a team environment

Strong oral and written English skills.
Able to identify the strengths and weakness of the multinational teams; define actions to improve the team skills, scope and capability.
