Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Have robust understanding of the shopper in the MT Off and ecommerce competitor activities and bring that perspective to develop aggressive trade and consumer promo activities that drive sales push and pull.
  • Propose trade and consumer promotion plan, review with RSM/ASM’s feedback, develop control mechanisms, governance, and communicate to IT department to upload all programs in i-Order system.
  • Weekly meeting with RSM/ASM, track program and feedback, monitor spend actual vs. target by region/key cities
  • Work closely with GM for trade POS items, Visual, artwork approval by GM base in Thailand
  • Track record all POSM/Premium item, report monthly basis to Marketing manager
  • Analysis of data from i-Order system for all trade program vs. volume target, # of outlet, channel focus, ensure 100% compliance
  • Develop proposal trade program, issue memo approval attaches with P&L, cost per case evaluation to Marketing manager.
  • Manage implementation of trade marketing standardized processes, tools, administrative activities (including approvals) for smooth execution of trade marketing activities
  • Competitor tracking report weekly, price, promotion, event.
  • Maintain strong positive relations with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Warehousing team.
  • Manage and control agencies, cost proposal of all outlet activation such as Chang night event, production, Artist and POSM
  • Provide coaching, counseling and handling employee discipline when needed
  • Host weekly meeting with team members and distributor
  • Performance KPIs setting, monitoring achievement, midyear review with team members and year-end performance appraisal
  • Communicate Company’s related policies and procedures to team members to ensure compliance in place
  • Products will range from Beer, Non-alcohol beverage, Spirits, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and coworkers in a professional manner.
  • Strong persuasion skills: Ability to influence others decision making or persuading others to change their minds or behavior.
  • Excellent Time Management Skills – able to be proactive and take initiative.
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills. Able to manage priorities and routine functions effectively and efficiently
