The Sales & Marketing Supervisor is responsible for driving sales growth and supporting the General Director in day-to-day business operations. The role requires a strong balance between hands-on field execution, sales & marketing management, and business coordination, with the ability to support strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales & Marketing Operations
- Sales Execution: Lead, manage, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Sales Channels & Account Management: Oversee sales channel activities and processes while maintaining strong relationships with key customers and business stakeholders.
- Field Management: Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Market Analysis: Analyze both local and international market trends, competitive landscapes, and business opportunities to support the development of effective implementation strategies.
- Marketing Support: Implement brand promotion activities and monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs to support business growth.
2. Strategic & Administrative Support
- Business Coordination: Support the General Director in aligning and coordinating business objectives across key functions, including Production, Sales, and Administration.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales performance reports and provide relevant market insights and feedback to support management decision-making.
- Planning Assistance: Participate in annual budgeting and inventory planning processes under the guidance of the General Director.
- Operational Liaison: Support the effective execution of the General Director’s instructions within the local team and follow up on action plans and progress.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- 5+ years of Sales/Marketing experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
- Experience with MNCs is preferred.
- Strong Business English and MS Office skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure and ability to travel
