This senior leadership position oversees the governance of finance and corporate services, playing a critical role in strengthening operational discipline and financial integrity across the South East Asia cluster. Own the end-to-end delivery of statutory, management, and consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Oversee balance sheet and P&L integrity through rigorous review of reconciliations and accounting judgments.
Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory submissions, audits, and internal governance frameworks, including internal controls and corporate policies.
Lead cash flow management activities, including consolidated forecasting, funding coordination with Regional and Global teams, and banking oversight.
Act as a key regional partner to Corporate Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Tax teams in the execution of cross-border initiatives.
Direct the monthly forecast cycle and annual budget process, covering operating expenses and capital investments.
Provide clear, value-adding financial insights through variance analysis, trend identification, and performance commentary.
Translate business strategies and initiatives into robust financial models and business cases, embedding their impact into forecasts and budgets.
Identify cost drivers and performance levers to set achievable P&L targets and KPIs.
Work closely with business stakeholders to diagnose variances and drive corrective or optimization actions.
Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce complexity, and improve cost efficiency across finance and corporate services.
Redesign controls and workflows in alignment with Supply Chain and operational strategies to enhance governance and scalability.
Provide leadership to administrative and facilities teams delivering end-to-end office services, including front office, mailroom, office operations, events, and workplace support.
Manage third-party vendors and travel service providers, ensuring performance against agreed SLAs and business expectations.
Own procurement spend for corporate services, leading contract negotiations to balance cost efficiency and service quality.
Drive major workplace projects such as office setup or relocation, lease negotiations, renovation programs, and corporate security initiatives.
Maintain oversight of office assets and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and responsible utilization.
Establish, review, and enforce regional policies and procedures across procurement, leasing, facilities, and security.
Lead local Business Continuity Planning (BCP) to ensure operational resilience.
Actively develop team capability through talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

8+ years of professional experience spanning finance.
5+ years in senior or regional leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary teams (finance, administration, facilities).
Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Project management credentials (e.g. PMP) are highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle, with advanced proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools.
