Partner with various cross functional teams, manage factory level activities and relationships for their respective regions.
Develop processes and requirements to validate stakeholder expectations are being met, including our Guests, Regulators, Industry, Internal Partners, and others.
Ensure vendors deliver safe and quality owned brand products through product compliance, quality & regulatory requirements.
Proactive and preventive quality assurance and control, delivering end-to-end results through different programs.
Assess and resolve product and inspection issues and support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Conduct calibration activities on process or product with third parties and BPQI (Business Partner Quality Inspector), determine the critical processes to quality and controls
Support escalation, disposition and (CAPA) Corrective Actions and Preventive Action reviews for continuous improvement while understanding the guests’ expectations.
Review data and conduct statistical analysis, drive cost of poor-quality reduction with a focus on greater efficiency and right first-time quality.
About you:
5+ year experience in consumer products, background in consumer product manufacturing, quality, and technical/engineering perspective.
Or 5+ year experience in consumer products (compliance/manufacturing, quality management, raw material, and product).
Knowledge of quality tools RCA/Fishbone/Lean/Six Sigma/Industrial Engineering Experienced in line setup.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner with dynamic, multiple, & remote stakeholders.
Ability to work across multiple time zones, as needed, in collaboration with global teams.
Proficient in English and local language.
Software knowledge; data & analytics, statistics, including an advanced level in Excel, general knowledge of Minitab and some experience with design software for product design reviews.
Availability to travel domestically 60% of the time and occasionally internationally.
Position requires a current and valid driver license.
Lean Six Sigma certification, ISO 9001 Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer, Green Belt certification preferred.
Experience in retail purchasing operations or support (Sourcing, procurement, QA, development, etc.) preferred.
