Adopt a broader strategic mindset to consult customers on sustainable supply chain and logistics solutions, integrating the Company’s circular economy principles, environmental efficiencies, and technology-driven innovations to reduce carbon footprint and enhance long-term resilience.
Develop and communicate strategic long-term growth plans with customers, acting as a trusted advisor to align the Company’s services with their evolving supply chain objectives, expansion strategies, and sustainability goals.
Present powerful value propositions that highlight the Company’s global network, multimodal capabilities, cost efficiencies, compliance expertise, and sustainability advantages to senior stakeholders (C-level, Supply Chain/VP/Directors).
Lead the full sales cycle for large, complex deals from opportunity identification and
Design solutions through negotiation and closure, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders including Business Solutions, IT, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and HSSE teams to deliver customized, compliant, and high-impact proposals.
Build and nurture high-level, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to drive repeat business, account expansion, and referrals.
Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis in Vietnam’s dynamic trade environment to uncover emerging opportunities and position the company advantageously.
Negotiate commercial terms and multi-year contracts to secure and exceed revenue targets.
Ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing satisfaction by partnering with operations and support teams.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reporting in VRM (SFDC) systems.
Represent Company Vietnam Logistics at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and generate high-quality leads
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of progressive sales experience in freight forwarding/3PL, with at least 3 years in strategic/key account management selling ocean, air, trucking, customs, cross-border, and coastal shipping services
Proven success in winning and growing large accounts (US$1M+ annual revenue per account) in competitive markets, including a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
A strong existing network of decision-makers in the retail, industrial, technology, chemical, consumer products, and automotive sectors in Vietnam is highly preferred (candidates who can immediately bring pipeline/customers will be prioritized).
In-depth knowledge of multimodal logistics
