Lead the overall management of IOM Hospitality, overseeing business operations, financial performance, people, and organizational development.
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and long-term business objectives.
Take full ownership of P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost optimization.
Oversee operational standards across all managed hospitality properties to ensure consistent service quality and operational excellence.
Establish, implement, and continuously enhance SOPs, quality assurance frameworks, and operational best practices.
Drive operational efficiency across resort operations, Food & Beverage, revenue management, and service delivery.
Lead pre-opening planning, operational setup, and successful launch of new hospitality projects.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a strong performance-driven culture.
Manage multi-property operations and ensure alignment across different business units and hospitality assets.
Partner closely with owners, investors, and senior stakeholders on business planning, strategic initiatives, and performance management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with experience as General Manager, Cluster General Manager, Director of Operations, or equivalent.
Proven experience managing a portfolio of 3–4 hotels and/or resorts, preferably within a hospitality management company or integrated hospitality group.
Strong expertise in resort operations, Food & Beverage, revenue management, cost control, SOP development, and service quality.
Proven track record of full P&L management, business growth, and operational excellence.
Experience in pre-opening projects, business expansion, and operational transformation.
Strong commercial mindset with excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and people development capabilities.
