Manage and develop sales of hospitality security solutions including hotel locks, smart locker locks, and advanced access control systems in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos.
Provide solution consulting to end customers through direct sales, partners, distributors, or parent company referrals.
Identify and develop suitable local partners and distributors to deliver projects.
Work with consultants, designers, operators, and main contractors to propose appropriate technical solutions.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand new business opportunities.
Coordinate with owners, partners, and system integrators to implement solutions effectively.
Collect and analyze market intelligence to support business strategy.
Manage revenue, receivables, and project timelines.
Perform special assignments requested by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
3–5 years experience in technical sales related to ELV or access control systems.
Strong industry network in hospitality development and construction is preferred.
Proficient in CRM tools and computer applications (Salesforce is a plus).
Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage.
Strong planning, communication, and independent working skills.
Personal traits: honest, responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented.
Good English communication and technical reading ability.
Knowledge of hospitality systems such as Access Control, Smart Lock, IPTV, RCU, CCTV, PBX, PMS is preferred.
