Technical Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide consulting and technical solutions for smart lock and access control systems across the company’s product portfolio.
• Support the sales team in solution design, product consulting, and technical support within assigned product lines.
• Work with consultants, designers, operators, and contractors to propose suitable system solutions.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and technology partners to implement system integrations when required.
• Work with end users, distributors, and system integrators to deliver solutions and support projects.
• Collect and consolidate market information and customer feedback to support business strategy.
• Manage tasks effectively and continuously develop technical knowledge and product expertise.
• Execute special projects or assignments requested by the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of access control systems and door lock technologies.
• Technical sales knowledge related to ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and device connectivity.
• Proficient in computer applications and AutoCAD.
• Strong planning and task management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Personal qualities: honest, diligent, and detail-oriented.
• Good English communication skills with ability to read technical documents.
• Ability to self-learn and keep up with new technologies.
• At least 3 years of experience in access control or 5 years in MEP/ELV systems.
