Air Freight Operation Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders including airlines, cargo handlers, and transportation providers to optimize operational efficiency and secure competitive pricing.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Cambodian airfreight market to identify opportunities, address challenges, and deliver innovative solutions.

• Oversee daily airfreight operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

• Negotiate favorable rates and contracts with service providers to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.

• Demonstrate the ability to swiftly respond to and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to the business.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

• Offer a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the airfreight industry with a strong focus on operation, procurement, pricing, and reservations.

• Demonstrate excellent English language skills (both written and verbal) for effective communication with international stakeholders.

• Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to navigate complex operational challenges.

• Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
