Job Responsibilities
- Drive company’s growth by owning key customer accounts and managing distributors to deliver strong business results
- Develop comprehensive ADPs for key accounts to keep projects on track and ensure success at every stage
- Build lasting relationships with customers and partners to strengthen company’s market presence
- Ensure visibility and exposure for company at account by maintaining and guiding appropriate call frequency with key product demonstrations and technical to technical interface
- Stay ahead of market trends by monitoring customer needs and competitor activity
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research.
- Lead smooth transitions from scale-up to production, ensuring seamless project delivery
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms confidently, maximizing value within company guidelines
- Create and deliver compelling presentations that inspire both internal teams and customers
- Delivery budgeted sales and gross profit results within local sales territory
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of B2B sales experience within the flavors or ingredients industry.
- Strong understanding of Account Development Plan (ADP) principles, with proven ability to build and track plans using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrated success in managing key customer accounts.
- Commercially driven, with the ability to identify customer value drivers, develop new business opportunities, and analyze customer and competitor strategies.
- Self-motivated and independent, with solid project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills in English and local language (Cambodian), both written and spoken.
- Proficient in standard PC applications and comfortable using digital tools to support daily work
